2. Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping is determined by several factors, including the selected shipping method, the dimensions and weight of the item, and the destination of the order. We strive to make this process as straightforward as possible. Customers can estimate shipping costs by adding the desired item to the shopping cart, proceeding to checkout, and reviewing the order confirmation page. Here, various shipping options and preferences can be adjusted, allowing customers to view changes in price and delivery times prior to finalizing their order.

3. Shipping Time Frame

Our orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days from the order date. Should there be any unexpected delay in shipment, customers will be promptly informed via email.

4. International Shipping

Free shipping offers are limited to the continental United States. International orders will incur additional shipping fees. These charges will be calculated after the order is received, and the customer will be notified of the total shipping costs. Should the customer wish to proceed, we require confirmation within 24 hours; otherwise, we will assume acceptance and the customer’s credit card will be billed accordingly. To decline the international shipping charges, the customer must inform us via return email within 24 hours of notification. If the customer chooses not to accept the charges, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
